We are always willing to help any player, but if you could include as much detail about your issue and any related information that will help the poker room concerned identify your player account that would really speed up the process.
Of course, you should always be careful giving out personal information on the internet, so do not send us any confidential details, or anything that would identify you personally.
What really helps when resolving player problems is having the email address that you used when signing up with the poker room or offer, the user name used when signing up, and, in the case of near identical offers from competing sites, specific information about exactly which offer you signed up with.

Affiliate programs please note that we do not respond to every affiliate program that contacts us. Generally we file these emails and go through them when we are looking for a new poker room or product to offer our readers.
